3 issues. Please help

Hi,
1. I ask for menus on hover instead of click, the topic seems to be erased.
2. Menu button in phones or small screens is bad in other pages different to home. It doesn´t respect right padding. Please see attache file.
3. I want to disable sticky menu. How can I do that?
