TechOne Toolkit not installing

We are attempting to install the tech one toolkit plugin. It's failing with the following message.

[download failed. A valid URL was not provided]
Descarga fallida. No se ha facilitado una URL válida.
Plugin not activated. A higher version of TechOne Toolkit is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.
We just purchased and downloaded the theme. How do we update it? How should we go about fixing this?
