    Hey,

    i have Mailchimp-Form on my Home-Page and inserted a correct Mailchimp-Key and List but i always get an Error when i want to sign for Mailchimp-Newsletter.

    I checked on your site and got the same problem as you mentioned. In this case, the cause may be your host does not support for sending mail. Please contact to your host provider and sure your host support it. Also, you should update to the latest theme version ( it's ver 1.2.9) and lemme know your results.     Hey,.. my host provider supports sending Mails. Can u say me, what changed in the new theme version? I dont want to update now,.. maybe u can tell me what files u updated,..so i can do it manually.

    Hi drnwag
    Did you customize your site? Your changes wont be lost if you customize in the child them and you can update the next theme version in the future.
    To update the TechOne theme:
    Step 1: Backup your site( Include codes + Database)
    Step 2: From the dashboard>>Appearance>>Theme, you need to activate the default template( Ex; Twenty Seventeen theme)
    ( you can refer this document, it's the same http://test.kutethemes.net/koolshop_doc/#mazanoupdate)
    Step 3: Click on TechOne and then click Delete( look down in the right). NOTE: DO NOT delete the TechOne-Child
    Step 4: Return the dashboard choose Plugins then deactive the TechOne Toolkit, Slider Revolution, WPBakery Visual Composer and delete them.
    Step 5: Return the Appearance menus choose Theme>>Add New>>choose your latest theme version>>Install
    Step 6: Return the Plugins menus>>New>>and choose the TechOne Toolkit (Slider Revolution, WPBakery Visual Composer plugins are the same)>>Install>>and activate them.
    Please do it and let me know.
