blog & comment

Hi,
I would like to make the blog possible to replicate a comment. I bet better.
A customer makes a comment to the blog (now can do it), I as the author of the blo would like to respond to that comment.
Is it also possible to set up an avatar with my logo and make the customer's avatars different?
