    I got your issue however i could not access your FTP accounts( see the attachment screenshot). Please check again and lemme know.
    Also, i checked your site and found your product images're not the same size. It's the best if the dimensions of product images are 1000x1000 or more.

    About your product images issues, you have to upload your product images again. As i mentioned above, all your products should be 1000X1000 or more.

    I checked your site and found that the Brand ShowCase has fix( see attachment screenshot). About product images, you have to reupload a new product image( Do not reimport demo content.xml file) and then install, config and excute the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin. You can refer here:

    - About your titles are empty issue, i checked and did not get the same problems as you mentioned. Can you take a screenshot to describe it? Also, you can enter your product's title at the dashboard>>Products>>your product.
    - About Contact and About pages, from the dashboard>>Pages>>Add New>>enter your name page>>click on BACKEND EDITER button>>Add Element>>and choose your design there. It's easy to build a new page.

    no no no you dont want understand i think of. all demo themes has some pagesi but this theme hasnt any page, i need contact page with form, about us and terms etc..if it will be there i can customisation myself.

    By default, the KuteShop theme does not included these template pages(you can check on my demo) but you can build these page with your ideas. Please do it if you have any problems, i will help you.( You can refer the Contact Us page, it has created in your site)
