    Hi Sir/Ma'am,

    Greetings of the day!!!

    Currently, we are facing WPML is not working properly issue in our website. When we switch from french to English, we are not seeing drop down for selecting English language option in drop down.

    Will you please help us out?

    The sites for this problem are:

    Our website has browser authentications below I have mentioned the browser authentication credentials:

    User Name: demo
    Password: thinker99
    URL: https://jambomart.wpengine.com/fr/boutique/

    In your case, you have to enter the dashboard choose WPML>>Language and do as the attachment screenshot. If you have other questions, do not hesitate to contact with me. I will help you.

    Thanks for your reply. But this solution is not working and I am still having issues in https://jambomart.wpengine.com/shop/?lang=en page. There is language switcher drop-down is not showing.

    Hello Kazim,

    There is no requirement to check into our website because the same issue is also existing in your demo website. You can check that issue in your demo website here:

    There is no any languages is showing in language selection drop down.

    I have attached a scrrenshot of it for your reference.

    Please fix it in your demo website as earlier as possible because we need to launch our website very soon. Once, the issue is fix in your demo website please let us know the solution for this issue so, we will do the same in our website.
