I can't tick the accept terms and conditions box on checkout. This is the code from inspection:

I’ve read and accept the terms & conditions *

Even if I don't check it then I can still check out with Paypal?

Hi Fortorth3N
In your case, you have to update to the latest theme version( it's ver 1.2.8) and lemme know your results. If it does not work, please provide your FTP accounts details via secret information area? My coders will check and fix it.
NOTE( You should not change my theme's name because my team wont support for the customers, who change my theme's name)
