    Can't install demo content properly

    Hi,
    I installed TechOne Theme, following documentation, but I can't install demo content properly.
    I tried "Import Demo content" from .xml file, but it get 404 error on step 2 (Screenshot attached).
    I tried "Import Theme Option ( One Click)" from TechOne admin menu (screenshot attached), but I didn't get the demo layout (screenshot attached).
    Mention: I need demo-3 layout.
