    Responsive Menu Cyrillic and Front Page problems

    Hello,
    I've been using your theme to create my online shop, and I started experiencing some problems that I can't fix myself. The first one is on the front page - I was using the demo layout with Visual Composer product element that displayed products from my product list and the blog element after that. All was working fine when all of a sudden the front page started experiencing serious loading issues, and the blog element started displaying "No Post", although there are a lot of posts in my website. After I disabled the two product elements it started working fine and the blog element started displaying my posts again. I want to use the product elements but without the problems and the slow loading. My other problem is with the mobile menu. My website uses Cyrillic alphabet. I named both my main menu and my vertical menu with cyrillic words. In mobile, the responsive menu stops working when I am using cyrillic menu names. I need the menus to be displayed in cyrillic.

    I checked on your site and found that you have not added some shortcodes, it uses to show product images at the home page( see the attachment screenshot, they are texts only). Please complete your site and lemme know your results.
    About the speed loading issues. Please try using some methods below to improve the loading speed:
    1. Install the Autoptimize plugin
    2. Remove unnecessary plugins
    3. Optimize product images
    4. Install the jsDelivr – WordPress CDN plugin
    5. Intstall the WP Super Cache
    6. Contact with your hosting administrator to increase the speed (Apache + Nginx,..)

    Hello,
    I don't think you understood my problem. I removed the shortcodes after I found out they were slowing down the page and they caused the blog post shortcode to stop working. I put the products shortcodes again, so you can see how the blog shortcode stops working when the products shortcodes are on the page. Also, you didn't say anything about the mobile menu problem - when my menus are named in Bulgarian(using cyrillic alphabet), the mobile menu is not working. Right now, I named one of the menus in Bulgarian, so you can check the issue. So, in general the things that are not working and I kindly ask you to check are:
    1) Why blog post shortcode is not working while product shortcodes are on the page(Home Page)
    2) Why mobile navigation is not working if the menu names are in a language, using Cyrillic alphabet.

    Also I just noticed the related products on the single product pages stopped working when I enabled the products shortcode on the home page.

    Our hosting is currently experiencing some issues and access to login page should be requested from them. Can you provide me the IP adrress of the PC you are going to log from, so I can send it to them, because you won't be able to access wp-login without them whitelisting your IP.     Hello. I am glad you are working on the problem with the cyrillic mobile menus. I can provide screenshots of the problem if you need to. About the product shortcode, I made some screenshots so the issue is clear. In the first screenshot you can the home page without the product shortcodes - the blog shortcode is displaying normally. On the second screenshot the product shortcode is on the home page in two places - the blog element is displaying "no posts" message, although there are a lot of posts. I am attaching new ftp information so you can log in and check out. As for the Posts item in the admin dashboard - it's just under TechOne. It's Публикации. I'll try to change the language of the user I created for you in English so you can navigate easier. Also check out the new FTP information I am sending, it should be working.     Also, I forget to ask you about the other problem I encountered. I was trying to change the number of products displayed per page from the techone options. I want to set it to 24 products but it doesn't seem to work.

    Hi, Thanks for cooperation.

    We still have other issue, that I already mentioned:
    1. cyrillic mobile menu - now I changed the name of menu "Drehi"->"Дрехи" - please see the errors in the console (java script errors)

    I hope to see the next version of template where the issues are fixed.

    I really hesitate the problem is caused by the Revolution Slide becasuse:
    1. This problem is visible also in the internal pages where Slider doesn’t need
    2. When I stop the Slider from Plugin section this problem continue to appear

    Hello,
    First of all, I'd like to thank you for your cooperation - the blog element and the mobile menu are working now. However since the last update, I've noticed some new issues arise. The most significant of them is the translation of the theme element. I used the .pot file you provided to translate certain element of the front-end in the main language I want to use for the website. However, since the last update, the .po and .mo file I'm using for translation seem to not be recognized by the theme - the files are in the correct folder(techone/languages), but no translations are evident. You can see an example of this in the top-bar menu - Login or Register is translated to 'Вход или регистрация' but it still appears in English. Also the "Read More" part of the blog, the sign up section of the footer and many others. The other issue I find is, that the theme doesn't provide the option to use other product styles than 1 and 2 on the shop pages - for us, it's really important to be able to show thumbnails of the product gallery in the shop pages, but there is no such option. We tweaked the template of style 1 a bit to show them, but it causes some lag - first a big picture is loaded on the whole page and after several seconds it all comes to place. How can we use gallery thumbnails without this lag. Also, we'd like to have the gallery thumbnails a bit bigger than the default which is in product-style 3. Is that possible?     Hey!
    Thanks for the fast answers. I am attaching two screenshots that I hope with clarify my issue - we want to be able to use the thumbnails similar to front page on the category pages. Also, try refreshing the front page and you'll see the lag with loading products I am telling you about.

    Also we are not using ftp to upload theme, we are uploading it directly by wordpress dashboard

    Lets start on the translations. Using the Loco plugin I managed to translate some of the strings, but for some it's not working. Please tell me how to translate them, because it's very important for our site to have the content in the correct language. Also about the styles - it's not customize work we need - the product styles are already in the theme, the question is why can't we use them? I am attaching screenshots so you can see the translation problems, which as I said, is really important for us to be fixed. Thanks for your help and have a nice day.

    Translations are still not working. Please check in the top menu the login drop menu - account details is translated to Профил but doesn't display. In the footer, the newsletter section - sign up is also translated in the loco translate plugin but doesn't work. We really need the translations to start working as soon as possible. Thanks in advance.
