    Hello Techone Support,
    I just purchased your Techone theme. I think I have imported all the demo contents but just couldn't make it shows as your Home 03.

    I would my website shows at your Home 03 demo. After that I will replace your demo contents one by one with my own contents.

    I have all my login information in the secret information area.

    Why you ask for secret information on regular question page and shows that? I found another customer did the same thing as I did. You should delete this required information! I now even couldn't edit it and delete it.

    Since I couldn't delete it any more after certain time please delete it for me ASAP.

    I am sorry for delay reply because my team does not work at the weekend. About your issues, i would like to check directly on your site and show you how to fix it, that's why i wanted your Admin login + FTP accounts. When you entered your secret info at the secret information area, my clients could not see it and i could not delete it. You have to change from your side.

    But every time when I reply, at the bottom of the page it always shows Secret Information. If I put information there it will show up in our communications. Since when I first set up which domain related the secret information has already put there. It make no sense to ask for secret information again and again. I checked other customers' posts and I can see all of the communication there. It is weird that you even couldn't delete a message in your system?
    I attached the screen shot.
    Anyway, I will delete the administrator account I created for your support, and will create another one.
