Page Loading speed

Hello
Mr Jim brown told me that he will confirm me about lighter version in this week. But tomorrow is Sunday and he even didn't reply me back on skype. Why you people are playing games with me. In my opinion you people are making lame excuses only. We are working, our coders are working. It will be ready within 2 days, within 3 days, within this week etc. But nothing done and 2nd month is almost passed in your lame excuses. I lost my serp only because of this worst theme page loading time which is around 31 seconds. When you people know that there is an error in your theme then you should stop sale till the problem solved or inform buyer so he should decide to buy it or not. But you people didn't inform me and demo loading speed is only 8 seconds even you have used HD images in demo. while i have added small images with normal quality but still 31 seconds to load page. What the hell?????????
