You shouldn't need access to my store and FTP for this. Take a look at the site.

You can see on my demo: http://techone.kutethemes.net/home-02/#. It is the default of theme. They are the main menus and vertical menu. If you want to remove them, please provide your Admin login + FTP accounts details accounts via secret information area. My coders can not help you without these info.
