Need help with Popup Newsletter

Hello,

I'm trying to find where is the popup newsletter being called from because I can't seem to find the file or code that's being called from

This is the code when inspecting the page (it won't show when looking at source or in between the local files)

My coders said that should delete the init_popup(). function at the js>>functions.js. Please try and let me know your results.
