Child theme style.css not work

Hi,
I try to write some line in style.css of child theme but this not work...
I tried to enqueue parent style but still not work...

Good morning,
To change something in your theme( for example: to change the header 1) you have to copy the header folder from the parent theme to the child theme and then custom i it. Also, you can custom from the dashboard>>Boutique>>Theme Options>>Custom JS/CSS.
