Headers Style not working

Hi,
I replaced previous "developer" on this site... Organization of theme and plugin is not very good, so I start to optimize everything.
I have update to last version Kute Boutique and plugins, but now if I cahnge header style in back office, online still remain the old version...
Example:
in Theme Option -> Header I have selected Header style 12... But online Header remain in style 8...

Can you help me?

Yes I'm sorry, There is header setting inside home page...
