Install not correct

Installation of the website leaves blank white page saying "are you sure you want to do that" after pressing that it takes me back to the start and doesn't install theme.

Please change your secret info above soon, because my clients can see and change it. You should enter your info into secret information area.

Hi Jim,

Thanks for your email, this has been really frustrating in all honesty and has taken far too long to get sorted, we've had issues with the plugins needing updating and this that and the other, in all honesty our patience has ran out and we would like to go down the route of a full refund having arranged elsewhere to have the website completed.
