how I can reduce padding on logo in home page for desktop and mobile view?

Good morning,
I checked on your site and did not see padding in your logo( see the attachment screenshot). I think that it's better if you reduce the height of logo. I just moved up your logo. Please check it.
here are the css codes:
.header.style3 .logo {
margin: -20px;
}
