How to make translate?

Dear Kutethemes,

I'm using TechOne template and trying to translate site. I added .po and .mo files to themes/techone/languages but it doesn't work. I also added woocommerce translating files and changed language setting at Wordpress dashboard.

Could you help me, please?

Please refer this document, it guides you how to translate site by the loco translate plugin:
https://localise.biz/wordpress/plugin/beginners
However maybe have some words which can not translate(because it's free plugin). In this case, you have to translate in the .php file. Please take some screenshot to describe your words, i will check and guide you how to translate them.
