    Kuteshop Elements/Templates won't load-up

    Hello there,
    I am trying to use the kuteshop template for the main page of my website, however I have two issues:
    1-Using the Visual Composer, the default templates of kuteshop does not load properly. The default templates either have missing product images or the templates doesn't load at all. Adding Kuteshop elements also does not work(they get added, but the contents are empty)
    2-My Visual Composer asks for an update, however when I click on update, it will ask for activation code.

    Please advice me

    Hi saleh_ebrz
    -About issue 1: Because each demo of theme it has own database( you can not use demo1's data into the demo2 because the products images, categories,... are different) that's why the product images and contents are missing or empty.
    -About issue 2: I bought one extended license for my theme. You can update Visual Composer by updating my theme. I do not allow to provide that license for buyer

    I have tested (added) all the 14 templates, and non of them seem to work properly.I was not sure which demo I am currently using, so I tried them all, but didn't work.
    Here is the picture of the templates I added to my home-page, and they did not seem to load properly.
    I will try to update my theme tomorrow to the most recent one. Meanwhile, please advise me about the templates issue.

    Hello dear kazim,
    I have update the theme to the latest version and the visual composer is updated now. However, I am still having issue with templates. Please advise me how I can choose template 1 for my main page. Or you can also do it for me if you prefer it.

    Because the product images're empty, you have to add it again and it will shows.

    Dear Kazim,
    All my products have images. I also tried to remove some product images and re-upload to fix the issue, but the issue is not resolved.
    Using the visual composer to edit the categories tab or tab product does not give me any option to upload product image, my products already have images in wordpress, they just do not appear in kuteshop template home style 1.
    Is there anything that I need to do or I do not understand? Can you please check it yourself and show me a clear solution please?

    Since the templates didn't work I had to disable it. I just re enabled it for you to check. Please take a look now.

    Dear kazim, thank you for your reply,
    Unfortunately that did not fix it and caused new problems. At first everything looked okay but when you clicked on any products it opened an empty page. As of now the website contents does not even load anymore. The whole website is plain white.
