Product Page Default Image From Printful can't be replaced?

I have attached 3 images that show the problem I'm having. Basically, I want to replace all the default image of my shirts from Printful. So I remove the feature image and replace it with a new one. I also replace all the images in the product gallery. The new feature image will appear on the product gallery, but on the product page there is still the old default image from Printful appearing.
