Showing Full Name

Ever since the upgrade, users are showing full name instead of login name or nice name in the reviews which most people do not like.
Can you please tell me how and where to fix this?

Could yo take some screenshot to describe it and provide your Admin login + FTP accounts details? I would like to check directly on your site and show you how to fix them.

No, I can not share my user info. I know how to fix it via the backend but even when I do they are reverting back to full name.
I am not a novice here, I know the backend functions. But something in your theme is overriding this.

How about you check on your dev install or ask them what could possibly be causing the issue?
This is a private site and I can not allow anyone access
