Translate strings that appear in the theme options

Hey there,
Any idea how I could make the texts that are set up in the theme options translatable?
Such as the Subscribe newsletter description or the Subscribe newsletter title that appear in the footer?
.../wp-admin/admin.php?page=kt_options&wrap=kt_footer
I am using WPML for the rest but cannot manage to translate this strings that are dynamic.
