    The product list and product page is not displaying properly
    I have got the php from the apache log said

    Could you provide your links + screenshot to describe where the product list and product page is not displaying properly? Because i do not know your language that's why i need these info.
    About some issues in the apache log: It will be fixed when them + Woocommerce installed and updated.

    In fact, all of them is not displaying properly, they all should listed with product, and the product detail page also do not display any photo or description

    ** you have to login to admin account before seeing the page as the site is not in maintaenace mode

    Dear Vu,

    We can't update the woocommerce as there are a POS system link up with the website.
    The system limited the version of woocmmerce, when we brought the template, we double checked the template our version (at least it stated that it support)
    Please help fixing the problem in existing version

    Dear Vu,

    Our POS system require a lower version of Woocommerce, we cannot upgrade the woocommerce or it will break the POS system.
    If you confirmed your template will not work under the woocmmerce we are currently using.
    We have no choice but to request a refund.

    Please also update your template description on all your reseller, that it only work with a exact version. It prevent creating any disappointed customer like us again.

    - As i mentioned above, my coders checked and said you should update the Woocommerce plugin. About your POS system, it limited the version of woocommerce issues, you have to contact to the author of the POS system and tell them fix it(your system should be compatible with the latest version of Woocommerce plugin. I think so)
    - My coders can not interfere directly into the woocommerce plugin because it is related to many variables, functions in this plugin.

    Dear Vu,

    The problem is
    1, We love your template so much we decide to buy it. When we are buying your template, it stated it will support our current version of woocommerce and wordpress, this is the main reason we purchase your template.
    2, Our POS system sell their product "AS IS", no coding service is included. And they stated the supported version on day onel. We have no chance to get them to change their code.

    I can understand you have to keep your template function up-to-date for the latest version of wordpress / woocommerce
    However, if you stated your template support a certain version, turn out it does not, it called false advertisement.

    Solution options suugestion:
    1, Send us an older version of the template that support older woocommerce. (I do beileve you got version control)
    2, Ask your coder to change the template coding and make it compatible to order version of woocommerce. (As it said it does)
    3, Confirm you are not able to fix the problem and refund. I do think it is reasonable because the template can't do what it said it does.
    4, We just want to get the job done, suggest any template that works with our woocommerce version, if it looks good, we can be switching to it.

    I cheked your home page and did not get the same my demo. It's empty page that's why it does not appear in your page.
    About your products also there are much products they have not got the image,contents, descriptions,...
    I am not clearly your intentions about home and shop pages. What's demo number you want? Please let me know.I will help you.

    I think that the version 1.7.4 of the kuteShop theme, it's not compatible with the version 2.4.7 of the Woo plugin (you can try with the older version(1.7.0, 1.7.1))

    Here're some steps, it guides you how to update KuteShop theme. To update KuteShop theme:
    Step 1: Backup your site( Include codes + Database)
    Step 2: From the dashboard>>Appearance>>Theme, you need to activate the default template( Ex; Twenty Seventeen theme)
    ( you can refer this document, it's the same http://test.kutethemes.net/koolshop_doc/#mazanoupdate)
    Step 3: Click on Kutethemes and then click Delete( look down in the right). NOTE: DO NOT delete the Kutetheme-Child
    Step 4: Return the dashboard choose Plugins then deactive the Kutetheme Toolkit, Slider Revolution, WPBakery Visual Composer and delete them.
    Step 5: Return the Appearance menus choose Theme>>Add New>>choose your latest theme version>>Install
    Step 6: Return the Plugins menus>>New>>and choose the Kutethemes Toolkit (Slider Revolution, WPBakery Visual Composer plugins are the same)>>Install>>and activate them.
    Please do it and let me know.

    The version provided in themeforest is 1.7.5, which should not compatiable with our old woocommerce
    we want to install a older version of kuteshop, 1.7.1 or 1.7.0 as you recommand
    Please instruct how we can download them.
