Page Loading speed

Hello
i was told weeks ago that you people are going to launch a lighter version of kuteshop theme. but half of this month also passed but you people didn't launch it. Why you people are not launching it. my website is taking 31 seconds to load. i have done everything what you people told me to do, but still website loading time is 31 seconds. If you people have no time for us, then please give me my payment back. because it was my worst experience with your paid theme which takes 31 seconds to load. I was using free theme before which load time was 7 seconds and when i have paid for the theme then why page loading time is 31 seconds. If you can't do anything, then please return my payment back.
