Create or remove Tag on products

How can I add a tag on products on front page as New Items or Sales Items

By default, the products always are "NEW" if you set the numbers of day newness( you can see at the Dashboard>>KuteShop>>Theme Options>>Woocommerce>>General Tab

About "SALE" products, you have to choose your products and do as the attachment screenshot
Please do it and let me know your results.

About "SALE" products, here's the attachment screenshot again.
About the last question, please check your email again. Is it correct when you created the ticket? I think that's the cause.
