    products picture not shows

    on my first page there are some rows for products categories like QNAP Enterprise, my problem is while you open page with mobile or tablet picture of products is not shown
    Please advise

    Actually, I have the same problem. The homepage images don't load but other images load.

    The cause by you have not add the product images there. Please add them and you will see. If it does not show, you need to provide your Admin login accounts via secret information area. I would like to check directly you site and show you how to show them.

    As i mentioned above, you have not provide your Admin login accounts. How can i check without these info? Please provide your Admin login accounts via secret information area. I would like to check direcly on your site and show you how to fix it.

    Hello, Thanks for your response. I have deactivated the plugins and cleared my cache and the issue persists. I installed the plugins (Awesome Widgets for SiteOrigin Page Builder and SiteOrigin Page Builder) when I had this issue.

    Also, please update to the latest theme version( ver 1.7.5) and let me know your results( maybe it fixed)
    To update the KuteShop theme:
    Step 1: Backup your site( Include codes + Database)
    Step 2: From the dashboard>>Appearance>>Theme, you need to activate the default template( Ex; Twenty Seventeen theme)
    ( you can refer this document, it's the same http://test.kutethemes.net/koolshop_doc/#mazanoupdate)
    Step 3: Click on Kutetheme and then click Delete( look down in the right). NOTE: DO NOT delete the Kutetheme-Child
    Step 4: Return the dashboard choose Plugins then deactive the Kutetheme Toolkit, Slider Revolution, WPBakery Visual Composer and delete them.
    Step 5: Return the Appearance menus choose Theme>>Add New>>choose your latest theme version>>Install
    Step 6: Return the Plugins menus>>New>>and choose the Kutetheme Toolkit (Slider Revolution, WPBakery Visual Composer plugins are the same)>>Install>>and activate them.
