    Theme home6 issues (page title,comments, mobile menu)

    Hi,
    I am facing following issues in theme after latest update. I am using home template 6 (home 6).
    1. Homepage has page title field which is unwanted.
    2. In bottom just after main content (wrapper), I can see a commenting option (leave comments). How to remove it?
    3. On mobile when I click on navigation, it shows menu name first then the second click it shows the menu. I need a direct menu on the first click. Pleas advice how to fix it.
    I have noticed these from last day, probably after an automatic update.Looking forward to solving these issues.

    Thanks for your reply. Sorry for the delay.

    I have added requested details along with this. Along with what i have listed in my last ticket, I have problem with auto updating of theme. I have other websites which update it's theme update by single click. Here i know you guys made some changes and I got email notifications. But I could find any options in admin panel to update the same. I doubt, if I do the same manually, it may affect my custom changes which already made (since i don't keep log).

    Please let me know log of the changes which you are going to do also not I have a plugin installed to block autoupdate (but excluded this user)

    About my theme, there is not a button, it updates theme by single click. You should install the child theme because if you have any change, you can custom in it. You changes wont be lost when the parent theme updated. You can see the log file at the dashboard>>TechOne>>Theme Options>>Custom JS/CSS.

    - About issue 1: Can you take a screenshot to describe it? I will check and reply you asap.
    - Issue 2: You need to enter the dashboard choose Pages>>Your page and do as the link image:

    - Issue 3: You can check on my demo: http://techone.kutethemes.net/. It's the same. If you want to remove it, please provide your Admin login + FTP accounts details again because i could not access them.

    Hi Kazim,

    Issue 1, Please find attached screenshot. I have highlighted page title. Aslo noticed more padding space between menu and slider. Is there any way to reduce it? Space also caused title which is also need to remove.

    Issue 2. I have disabled comment option as mentioned in screenshot but still showing comment option. I have attached screenshot along with this.

    Ignore issue 3.

    About update theme, what is your suggested option to update my theme? Simply upload new version to theme folder?

    I have checked ftp and admin account is working fine.

    - About update theme you can refer step 6 (After Installation section) in the documentation.
    - About access your site: The cause maybe by your host, it blocked my IP, that's why i could not access.
    Here are my IP: 117.7.89.93 and 113.160.160.116
    Please check again and let me know.

    IP 113.160.160.116 is blacklisted
    However, 117.7.89.93 not blocked

    I have asked to unblock your ip. Also adviced to do following changes in your filezila.

    Please make the following changes in your FTP client which is necessary for us to proceed:
    1. Maximum number of retries: 3
    2. Delay between failed login attempts: 300
    3. Maximum simultaneous transfers: 5

    The first IP 113.160.160.116 for Supporter and second for developers. There are 2 IPs because my coders are in other place. We are not be in together.
    I just entered again but i could not. Please check and unblock my IPs.
