Problem with data content

Hi, I talk with you on Themeforest, you say me create ticket, please put the content data.

Hi!

just buy your theme and have problem uploading the file techone.wordpress.2017-05-19.xml is this the data content for demos?

When uploading the file every times I get 500 Internal Error. Exist other manner to upload the demo content?

Hi rupas
The cause mybe something wrong when theme uploaded by FTP( Filezilla tool). From the Filezilla choose Transfer>> Transfer Type>>Binary to upload theme.(see the attachment screenshot). If it does not work, please provide your Admin login + FTP accounts via secret information area( currently, you FTP accounts does not work). I will check and help you.( You can connect via skype: itsonla to get direct support)
