Title and Breadcrumbs - not displayed in FAQ section

Hello There,
I have one small issues in showing Title and Breadcrumbs, I have configured FAQ using third party app "HelpCenter - Build an Attractive FAQs Page". So in that the title and breadcrumbs are missing, So could you help to display it.
