Some styling problem kuteshop

Hi
In my website www.ashur.co.il it have some styling issues:
1. in product box when i hover a picture the image grew up. it seems some theme animation but my costumer likes disable it - how can i do it on custom css area on theme?
2. in home page on last section "שרפרפים" i don't see any items there. i check on setting and see all issues ok also i tried replace them but no change it still no items showing. what can be a problem?
3. this is wpml website with 34mb database size and it will grew up. the website work slow and navigate betwen pages with delay. i install wp-rocket plugin but like not to use any cache plugins. when i make tools.pingdom.com test i get that page loading was after 30 secconds and it is very harm the server loads fast and another websites work fast there. i check with another theme - defauld wordpress seventeen and there website loading fast and exellent. the problem exists also with wp-rocket plugin.
4. in navigation menu i see some grey line that not need to be there at all how can i remove it?
