    Hi

    1 ) I would like to know how to fix search bar, it only work half of it, if you click on right side of search bar , doesnt work.

    2 ) on checkout page, some text goes over other text , it looks bad, Sorry my english, if you see checkout page you should understand

    3 ) Usually I can rank well on gtmetrix and google test page but with this template I kinda get low speed results, do you have any insight ?

    4 ) I've to change the text "NEXT" on some pages, but do you know where I find it ?

    Guys why it takes 27 seconds on gtmetrix to load a tiny page ? I didnt do much, i've same setup as demo :(

    Customers enter site and leaves after 5 seconds cause its too slow :(

    About low speed issue, my developers are re-doing this theme. i hope that it will be better and faster. Be patient and wait the theme updated .

    Yesterday we disabled some addons and php error log works better but still other problems are there

    -About issues 1+2: Please backup all your site and update to the latest theme version( Ver 1.7.3). If it does not work, please contact me.
    - Issue 3: I hope that it will be improved in the next version.

    About "Next" pages, please try with the Loco Translate plugin. I checked on your site and found that you have not translate it.(See the attachment screenshot)

    I also add another thing, We dont know how but color of texts in hompeage changed to green, why ?

    To update Kute theme, you have to download the latest theme package from the http://themeforest.net/download and do as some steps below:
    Step 1: Backup your site( Include codes + Database)
    Step 2: From the dashboard>>Appearance>>Theme, you need to activate the default template( Ex; Twenty Seventeen theme)
    ( you can refer this document, it's the same http://test.kutethemes.net/koolshop_doc/#mazanoupdate)
    Step 3: Click on Kutetheme and then click Delete( look down in the right). NOTE: DO NOT delete the Kutetheme-Child, currently you have not install it.
    Step 4: Return the dashboard choose Plugins then deactive the Kutetheme Toolkit, Slider Revolution, WPBakery Visual Composer and delete them.
    Step 5: Return the Appearance menus choose Theme>>Add New>>choose your latest theme version>>Install
    Step 6: Return the Plugins menus>>New>>and choose the Kutes Toolkit (Slider Revolution, WPBakery Visual Composer plugins are the same)>>Install>>and activate them.
    About color text in the home page, you can go to the dashboard choose Theme Options>>Color and changes as the attachment screenshot
    Please do it and let me know.

    im getting this problem with image size product if you check this page, image is too big, im trying to modify it inside woocommerce pannel but nothing happen if I change value

    In this case, you need to backup your site and use the regenerate thumbnail plugin. You can refer this link:

    Another problem, woocommerce brands images doesnt show.

    Any clue why ?

    You can test your self with widget on the left. Now I had to put it to "text" otherwise no images are shown

    I translated some texts manually then I couldnt change 2-3 texts and I used LOCO plugin but instead it reverted back to english all my text wtf

    I dont understand how it work, I changed text, did save and sync and nothing happens.

    FOr example yu can try this : Im trying to change the word "Categories " into "Categorie " and "add to basket " into " Aggiungi al carrello"

    but on loco plugin doesnt even appear that texts :(


    Another thing about brands :

    Go here : https://www.nuovaerboristeria.it/brand/ or click on any product, Now I said to wordpress to show brands image, but it doesnt work so it show only text of the image. IF you dont understand, try to go here : https://www.nuovaerboristeria.it/wp-admin/widgets.php

    you will see theres woocommerce brand list widget active, change that "dropdown list" option into "image list" then check any product page, and it will show text instead of images.

    about language problem we fixed, probally support team entered admin and changed language to english, but we didnt know and so we wasted much time figuring out why it was english :p
