    To create the Vertical menu, you have to enter the dashboard choose Appearance>>Menus and do as the link image below:

    About the icons issue: The cause by you have not upload them. Please enter the dashboard choose Appearance>>Menus>>Category( Vertical Menus) and do as the link image below:

    In this case, you have to enter the dashboard choose KuteShop>>Theme Options>>Woocommerce>>Shop Page tab and do as the attachment screenshot. Please do it and let me know your results.
