E-commerce on two different folders. Catalog and shop.

Hello!
I have one store divided so…
Catalog. Es. Miosito.com. Managed by a separate installation on WordPress on main root.
Here are displayed categories subcategories and products without the price. Then there are the links to the categories, sub-categories and products in the store itself.
Shop. Es. Miosito.com/Shop. Managed by a separate installation on WordPress on rootprincipale folder/shop
This is the real e-commerce site. Here are visonate categories and subcategories and products that are ready to be added to the shopping cart.
Therefore in the first I setted the main address on miosito.com and on the second I setted the main address on Miosito.com/shop. Well. But now I have to do so that when you click on Miosito.com/shop not to go on a page managed by first wordpress but from the second wordpress. At the same time but I do not want you might have displayed Miosito.com/shop/negozio/ as default page of the shop but only Miosito.com/shop/ (as the homepage).
How can I do? I am thinking of good or should I argue with the multisite of a single installation of WordPress?
