    How to update new Kute Boutique theme

    Hello,
    You emailed me to let me know that there is an updated version of the the Kute Boutique Theme. Please can you advise me so I can update my site without losing any data.

    To update Kute theme:
    Step 1: Backup your site( Include codes + Database)
    Step 2: From the dashboard>>Appearance>>Theme, you need to activate the default template( Ex; Twenty Seventeen theme)
    ( you can refer this document, it's the same http://test.kutethemes.net/koolshop_doc/#mazanoupdate)
    Step 3: Click on Kute Boutique and then click Delete( look down in the right). NOTE: DO NOT delete the Kute-Boutique-Child
    Step 4: Return the dashboard choose Plugins then deactive the Boutique Toolkit, Slider Revolution, WPBakery Visual Composer and delete them.
    Step 5: Return the Appearance menus choose Theme>>Add New>>choose your latest theme version>>Install
    Step 6: Return the Plugins menus>>New>>and choose the Kutes Toolkit (Slider Revolution, WPBakery Visual Composer plugins are the same)>>Install>>and activate them.
    Please do it and let me know.

    Hi Kazim Vu, I managed to update the 'Boutique' theme as you advised. The only problem I seem to have is to do with the Product Categories on the left side bar. A month or two ago you were able to adjust it so that only the children of the current category show. I have selected the ' Only show children of the current category' box in the widgets area but it still shows all product categories. For example if you go to 'Gifts for Her' the side bar should only show product categories connected to 'Gifts for Her', instead all product categories show. Many thanks for your help with this matter.

    As i relied in the last ticket, it only show children of the current category when you choose it( see the attachment file and a video clip in your email)
    I think it's correct.
