height and css not working properly

see my site... in home page , below main banner Proffessional tab why all the product height is low.... why its not coming full height

not coming full height... please sinin my admin page and resolve it please,,,,,,,,,,,,

i have received update for theme ... how to update it.. now i downloaded the theme in zip format... but how to update
if i install the theme all the exitisting file will be removed ? and CSS also changed to default , iam i right... what will do for update
