Carousel not working on mobile device

Carousel doesn't play on mobile devices, is this your service quality? I previously contact for page load 2 days ago but no one reply me and today i saw another error that Carousel isn't auto playing on mobile devices. The worst service you provide after selling your theme.
I am feeling that you people just take payment for service but not providing the service at all. Where is speedy version of your theme. What's this you are doing with customers.
