theme visual composer not working

The cause maybe by you have not enable the Visual Composer. Please enter the dashboard choose Visual Composer>>Role Manager and choose as the attachment screenshot. If it does not work, please contact us.
About liciense for the Visual Composer. We bought one extended license for our theme. You can update VC by updating my theme. We do not allow to provide that license for buyer. We included the Visual Composer plugin in our theme for free, so you do not need the license to activate it, after you activate theme, you can also install and activate this plugin on your site

i dont know why you didnt read my message. it is not working
while in home page you click on fronedn editor it is not working , there is a logo comes up and turning and turning nothing happen

moreover I update the theme last week and again same issue
when you add a element and chose one of them it is not working, there is problem in a theme

I am so sad , every day i get a answer and it is not solve my issue
