Problem with Leka Theme

Hi
I have created a ticket over a month ago and for the last 12 days did not get any answer.
I don't think it it's possible that you started working on the problem 14 days ago when you found out what the problem was about.
When can I expect your help??
I noticed that on other leka themes the problem does not exists.
This is the error which appears on our screen -
[Error] TypeError: $('.portfolio-images').magnificPopup is not a function. (In '$('.portfolio-images').magnificPopup', '$('.portfolio-images').magnificPopup' is undefined)
