    After Setup SSL I'm getting some error already i solved maximum error .. but can't solve this 2 part .. One is In verticalmegamenus icon url & another one is placehold url . so please guide me how to solve

    We just support for only one domain. So pls provide your correct accounts. We got your issue is that you want to change your icon link of vertical menu into https, right?

    i'm trying to create a ticket from my account . but u can't submit due to some error notification .

    Hi,

    This is not the accounts that we need.
    Some needed information are:
    - URL + user name (it must be an email) + pw of your website back end
    - FTP of that web site back end.
    If not we cannot check your problem and fix this for you.

    I have typed them in secret information box. Please ask me for any other pieces of information if needed.
    Also, in addition to details on this ticket, I get 500 server not found too much frequently when chick product image to view the product.

    As I've checked your site again, I see that the vertical menu icon is showing the link https, see my 1st attachment
    Moreover, your product images still display well without any error when I click on it to view, see my 2nd one

    If your problems are different, pls attach some screenshots. and pls provide the host of your FTP account. Here I just see username + pw of this

    I am still having same issue. Can you please play around a bit, I am sure it can be regenerated. Even now, i experienced same issue same behavious as stated on ticket firstly.

    Also, my site runs over https. System could not map http to https and printed piles of consoles as attached.

    Yes, I am still having same issue. When Home loads, subscription box appears. dismiss it and refresh page again. the box may or may not shows up. I expect to have this box appear every time user refresh until he selects donot display the box for the session. It seems ok if the box is displayed, but issue or console and design view changes once dialog box not loaded. Please help.

    In other words, this exception is seen when redirected of navigate to home page most of the times. this might be by continuous click on logo or back to home page from other views. Can anyone manage to sort out this issue please? Its been quite a while now.

    As I suspected before, all these issues were due to unmatched PHP versions. I have now upgraded my PHP version, hence those issues are resolved for now.
