    Can't find php files for Contact us and About us. Is there a separate module for these?
    How do i include these two pages.

    Contact page and About Us page not included with the theme. How do i include this and making it have UI with the theme?

    I've compared your those 2 pages with the demo theme. They have totally the same structures.
    Could you help me to attach the screenshot to describe more clearly your issues? Actually we don't understand well what you are trying to mention to.
    What is the UI?

    Hi,
    There is no active link to those files *if they even exist *, I need Contact and About us php form. The contact us link at the footer has no url attached to it. so, there is no way to view contact us form.
