I checked your demo of KoolShop http://kutethemes.net/wordpress/koolshop/
But when I purchase from themesforest a few minutes ago, I bought KuteShop by accident https://themeforest.net/item/kuteshop-multipurpose-woocommerce-wordpress-theme/13012521
Both of them are your themes, and their names look like same.
Is there any way to me return KuteShop and get KoolShop?
