How can i upgrate the template for using Woocommerce 3.0 ?

Hello Kutethemes ;-)

I use your Boutique theme since january – It’s so nice and cool !
But i wonder how can i upgrate my version for using WooCommerce 3.0 ?
I think if i don’t do it now, i will be lost in the futures versions, and my eshop could be obsolete soon… So…
Do i have to change all my files on the FTP ? Or just one, and wich one ?
(Sorry for my poor english et informatic level ;-) )
