    My website is very slow from FFTB

    Dear Kutethemes,

    i have just bought and installed your theme, but the FFTB is very long time, i don't know how to check and find problems.
    i have been to your live preview site, your FFTB is faster than ours.
    our site is for Taiwan, and we using Taiwan popular host, but it's still slow from homepage.
    and i found if i take off "kutetheme-toolkit", everything will be normal and faster much, but its slow down all site when the pluging is actived.
    is there anything you can help us out.

    I am very sorry when hearing that. Please try using some methods below to improve the loading speed:
    1. Install Supper cache plugin
    2. Optimize product images.
    3. Contact with your hosting administrator to increase the speed

    Hi Kazim Vu,

    1. I do using WP Fastest Cache Plugin it does not help any.
    2. you can see the data of pic i sent you , image download all are fast , only the TTFB is very long time.
    i know TTFB is the Time To First Byte, i just found if i shot down "KutethemeToolkit" everything will be alright, i think the problem is in your plugin.
    3. hosting is no problem , i have many hosting of this company, its great.

    the problem is in the plugin from yours "KutethemeToolkit" , i have been to your live preview site FFTP is no problem,
    i want to know is there anything possible that's problem from my setting or, can you help me to find the problem is?

    I am also facing same problem and got same answer to install super cache plugin etc, but nothing is working properly. Previously i had a free theme and the loading time of free theme was just 7seconds and this paid theme takes 12 to 15 seconds to load complete page. Sorry to say buy your support system is very poor. Convince customers to install plugin instead of doing something that can be good for all theme buyers.

    My developers are checking and redesigning the theme. I hope the speed will be improved. Be patient and wait the updated theme. Maybe, I will release it next month.
