Contact Form in contact us page was not working

Hello Guys,
I try to fill contact form in contact us page and click submit, It redirect to re-captcha page and there I click submit, Again It ll redirect to contact us page .
So finally no emails been received to my email ID and No Notification message been there when I click SUBMIT
