The item is broken, malfunctioning or not as described

i purchase this theme on the pretext of quality. however i was completely wrong in making this decision. i see that what was promised was not at all delivered. the theme does not function as it is described in the pre purchase sale. itss finishing is not at all proper. pls visit the site www.shaleenindia.com to check on the same. under the fashion tab pictures are moving out of the frame. this is just one there are many such quality related issues.
secondly, visual composer was to come as an addon with the theme as menioned in the sales page(valued at $33) however there are no such provisions and it asks to buy a license fresh for $ 34. I could have added the screenshot of the same but here there are no options.
Third: the kutetheme templates is outdated plugins which is not at all compatible with the wordpress and throws error.

Such unprofessionalism is not at all tolerated. I need refund of my amount ASAP. Request you to pls do the needful.
