YITH Plugins not working

The shop page is displaying the images wrong, the boxes aren't aligned in the centre anymore
Quick view doesn't work, the images aren't displayed when clicked
Product display images are shown underneath each other as full size images rather than in a carousel as previous

The only thing I've done is updated WooComm, I haven't changed anything else and since the update and these issues are occuring

My sites not live yet so I can't show you a link... I have already included my login details though?

The only issue I'm having is that the images on the products don't open in lightboxes or updated when a variation is selected now? Any help is massively appreciated?
