Menu navigation - submenu problem in RTL

Hi
I have some little problem with submenu navigation. when the menu have submenu in first level, the submenu opened it right corner of the menu and not under the menu i clicked.
Each submenu must be under the specified menu.
I include 2 screen shots:
1, Exist situation how in now and where it must be (move to)
2. the optimal image for what i mean for.
Server and wordpress access included.
