Theme has multiple issues

I have tired to contacting you people on skype and finally i am posting on your support forum. When i create new Slider it didn't fit properly. Page loading speed is too slow, speed is good with a plugin Autoptimize but then slider didn't load when i enable that plugin. You people have very poor customer service. Whole week you people don't reply and on Monday i receive answer at skype that you don't works on weekdays, and after that no reply and then again weekend. Sorry to say but you people have no support for paid theme, while i have found best support on the theme which are free. If you people can't help me out then why you people charge for 6 month support?

If you can't help me, just tell me i will not bother you anymore because i think sale is more important for you than customer support. It's bitter but true, because i feel it after your poor service.
