'Home' title has appeared with a line of coding on front page?

Hello there,
For some reason on my front page the word 'HOME' has appeared with a line of coding which has also appeared behind the slider. I have attached 2 snap shots for you to see. I would appreciate your help with this matter.

Hello, the coding has gone some how but the word 'HOME' in black capitals is still there? Please could you help sort this.
