    Changing product image size

    Hello, please could you advise me on how to change the product image size as it is currently set at 300 x 300 and it is making some images look squashed. I look forward to hearing from you.

    Hi asb123
    1. You need enter the dashboard choose Settings>> Media choose max width and max height
    2. From Woocommerce>> Settings>> Products tab>>Displays>>Product Images.

    Hi Kazim Vu, I have tried the above and I have even installed two plugins eg 'Simple Image Sizes' & 'Regenerate Images' but nothing has changed the way the images look. I would appreciate your help with this matter.

    I checked on your site and found all the most of your products images they has dimensions: 300 × 300( see the attachment screenshot) that's why could not show 300x400.
    You should change other product images they should has dimensions: 1000 × 1000 or larger.

    Hi, the reason why they show 300 x 300 is because they will not change size, hence the reason for this ticket.

    As i mentioned above, you need to change your product images, it should be 1000x1000 or larger.

    I have changed product images as mentioned and there is still no change. I have regenerated images sizes using three different plugins and still no change. No matter whether I change the catalogue, product or thumbnail image size there is still no change. Please have a look yourself and you will see what I mean. Surely I am not going to have to change every image size on my site from scratch as changing image sizes should not be a problem. I look forward to hearing your response.

    There is no way, you can see on my demo. All of them are 800x800( see your email). So now, you need to change from scratch if you want to change images size.

    Hi Kazim Vu, not quite understanding your demo that you emailed me as not all the images you selected were 800 x 800? What I did gather from your last message is that I can not resize my images and that the only way possible is to resize all my images from scratch which is going to take a lot of time? Why am I unable to change them through Wooommerce?

    In my demo, that size for the product images only. As i mentioned above your products images they has dimensions: 300 × 300 that's why could not show 300x400.

    His Kazim Vu, I changed the product images in WooCommerce to 300 x 400 before but it didn't change a thing so I changed it back. I am not feeling that I am recieving the correct support with this problem so could you kindly let me know who to address my complaint to please?

    I have once again set images size to 300 x 400 in WooCommerce and again still no change.

    Hi Kazim Vu, after spending quite a bit of time testing different sizes out I finally understood why you said my images should be at least 1000 x 1000. My apologies for the misunderstanding but I am new to this and know very little. Thank you for your help and patience.
